Our Factory
Located in Navi Mumbai, our Factory is close to JNPT port and from city of Mumbai and Pune. We are equipped with latest machinery and manufacturing processes that make our products stand apart. We follow stringent quality standards with regards to Raw Materials, Machining Tolerances and fits, Assembly Precision, Surface treatment quality. We manufacture all parts in-house to keep costs low. Our Vendor development process ensures that we select our vendors that supply us Raw Material, Parts and Services at best value. We ensure minimal waste in terms of ransportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing and Defects. our Quality Management System involves Six Sigma, DMAIC which is continuously monitored. We adhere to best Industrial Safety and Occupational Healty and Safety Standards. These include Providing workers with a safe work environment. Conducting routine/regular workplace inspections. Provide Personal Protective Equipment. Develop and implement safe work procedures and rules.
